Description *Accounting & Contributions Associate* Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Contributions Associate to manage and oversee employer contributions processes with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will handle tasks such as posting employer contributions, reconciling reports and payments, processing annuity withdrawals, and maintaining accurate accounting records in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and regulatory guidelines. Strong customer service is essential, as you will communicate with employers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of hours and contributions. (In Office, Boston, up to $67K) + High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree, preferred + 2+ years of accounting experience + Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and/or contract language and ability to interpret contracts/terms, plan rules and regulations – will train on this if needed! + Detail oriented with a commitment to customer service + A flexible team player with strong organizational, problem solving, analytical, verbal and written communication and listening skills. + Intermediate proficiency with current technologies and MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Word.
