Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Clovis, California. This role is within the industry and involves functions such as account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks efficiently. • Conduct account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy. • Deal with billing tasks and ensure accurate invoicing. • Carry out data entry tasks related to the accounting function. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. • Process invoices with attention to detail. • Use QuickBooks for various accounting activities. Requirements • Proven work experience as an Accounting Clerk for a minimum of 2 years. • Proficient in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. • Demonstrable skills in Billing procedures to ensure timely and accurate invoice payment. • Proficiency in Data Entry, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. • Experience in Invoice Processing, including verifying and posting transactions. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and financial report preparation. • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting management and operations.
