Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team based in Casa Grande, Arizona, United States. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with managing transactions, understanding the principles of debits and credits, and performing data entry tasks. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Handle the import of transactions from Harris software to MUNIS • Understand and apply the principles of debits and credits in daily operations • Carry out data entry tasks efficiently and accurately • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and correctness • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks • Manage billing processes and invoice processing • Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Billing is required • Must possess strong Data Entry skills • Ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience with Oracle is a plus • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is required • Must have experience with SAP Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
