Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the non-profit industry, based in Covina, California. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in handling various accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Accurately handle cash-related transactions • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices • Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivable • Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate record keeping • Efficiently handle billing-related duties • Execute data entry tasks with high precision • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting operations • Monitor and manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries as needed. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records. • Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management. • Demonstrated expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash applications, and customer account management. • Able to perform Billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all charges are correctly applied and documented. • Proficient in Data Entry, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to enter large volumes of information quickly and accurately. • Experience in Invoice Processing, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis. • Familiarity with Oracle financial software for managing and reporting financial information. • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks such as invoicing, bill payment, and financial report generation. • Experience with SAP for managing financial transactions and producing financial reports.
