Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Parsiappany, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities within our industry, including managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently handle billing tasks • Manage cash flows and ensure accurate records are kept • Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions • Display strong attention to detail in all tasks • Analyze and interpret data for record-keeping purposes • Work collaboratively as part of a team • Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Reconcile accounts as necessary • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable • Maintain accurate data entry records.
