Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk at our High Point, North Carolina location. The successful candidate will join our team in the industry, where they will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Responsibilities • Accurate processing and recording of company's accounts payable data • Promptly carrying out account reconciliation tasks • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. • Efficiently handling accounts receivable tasks and ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy • Providing accurate and effective document control as per company and industry standards • Managing customer credit applications and records with proficiency • Ensuring the correct billing of all accounts in alignment with specified procedures • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant data • Utilizing Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for invoice processing and other accounting tasks • Regularly updating and maintaining financial data in database systems.
