Description We are in search for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will handle account reconciliations, manage both accounts payable and receivable, and oversee billing and data entry tasks. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing • Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records • Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in processing and recording transactions • Handle data entry tasks related to financial records and transactions • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required • Process and maintain customer credit applications efficiently • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and billing Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory • Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Must have skills in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing procedures is necessary • Strong Data Entry skills are essential for this role • Experience in Invoice Processing is a must • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Knowledge of Oracle software is important • Familiarity with QuickBooks is necessary • Experience with SAP software is highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
