Description We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Wolfforth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliation, and document management. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into our systems to maintain up-to-date records. • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate. • Generate 1099 forms for relevant transactions and parties. • Consolidate and save PDFs for easy document retrieval and reference. • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. • Use Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. • Employ Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing. • Handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Oversee the billing process and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner. • Use Oracle and SAP systems for various accounting tasks.
