Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Warren, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative and accounting duties, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: • Processing invoices efficiently and with a keen eye for detail • Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Conducting account reconciliations regularly • Handling data entry tasks with precision • Utilizing software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Managing billing procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Carrying out month-end close procedures in a systematic manner • Handling payroll operations effectively Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary • Experience in Billing is essential • Proficient in Data Entry tasks • Capability to handle Invoice Processing efficiently • Must demonstrate expertise in using Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of Oracle system is a must • Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable • Proficiency in using SAP software is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
