Job details Spherion Staffing is assisting a glass and aluminum company in Fort Myers. We are seeking an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper, that will play a key role in the financial health of the business, supporting all projects, staff, and business needs as delegated by leadership.

Responsibilities:
- maintaining accurate financial records ... - managing accounts
- processing AP & AR invoices
- upkeep job costing
- ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- maintaining the company's general ledger and assisting with payroll when needed.
- Processing about 150-200 invoices weekly

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- Office Management experience
- Expense management and GL Coding is a plus
- Team Player
- Computer Efficiency
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or/and bookkeeping role or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment background.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks(3-5 years experience)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
