The Accounting Clerk - Business License Coordinator is responsible for:Obtaining data requested from third parties to file all licensing renewals on a timely basis and review upcoming license expirations to ensure third parties are meeting deadlines.Supporting Business Licensing and Accounting Coordinator to research and apply for licenses required for new stores.Completing EFT and check payments for license renewals and creating check requests for the accounting team.Reviewing and coding invoices relating to licenses, inspections, violation notices, etc. for approval.Assisting in audit requests including pulling invoice documentation and assisting with vendor ACH payment onboarding.Working collaboratively with other departments.The Accounting Clerk - Business License Coordinator has:Experience using SAP preferred.Experience researching and reconciling accounts accurately and completely. A high level of integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality over sensitive data.Excellent attention to detail and is well organized.Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.Ability to be proactive and work independently.Desired quality 5.We want to hear from you!
