Accounting Clerk (Temporary) - Remote

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is currently seeking a Full-Time Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated person to help with various administrative and accounting tasks for a 3-6 month project. Interested candidates should be confident working independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: + Accurately record transactions in Excel + Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review + Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system + Assist in audit preparation + Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: + High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.) + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus + Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST
