DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a full-time Accounting/Data Entry Clerk to perform a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions in the dealership accounting office. The successful candidate will have high energy, be able to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a desire to learn.
Qualifications:1 year of experience with QuickBooks software preferred1-2 years of bookkeeping experience preferredExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferredHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and educationComputer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machineMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkResponsibilities:Sort, code, and enter accounts payable dataProcess all vendor payments monthlyMaintain vendor files Benefits:Insurance: medical, vision, dentalShort-term and long-term disability plansLife InsurancePaid Holidays and PTO401(k)Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service repairsInternal career advancement opportunitiesOpportunities to join our community service initiatives
