Summary: Seeking an experienced Accounting Director to oversee financial transactions, reporting, compliance, and departmental improvements.

Job Requirements:

BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MS Degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role

CPA certification mandatory

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in GAAP with knowledge of IFRS as an advantage

Familiarity with IRS corporate tax code

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial transactions and reporting adhering to IFRS and US GAAP standards

Manage the preparation and dissemination of internal/external reports including balance sheets and income statements

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for reliable financial reporting

Establish and maintain an internal controls framework to verify effective operation

Develop strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

Pursue process enhancements and technology implementations to improve department efficiency

Handle all aspects of US corporate tax planning and compliance

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST; Hybrid work model (4 days onsite)

Salary: $160K with a target bonus of 20%
