This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Accounting / Finance Controller        

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Accounting / Finance Controller will include:         

Compensation (Range):  $90-$100/ hour Developing internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities and financial planning Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting process Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures Collaborate with other finance teams and lead the improvement of tools, templates, and processe Providing support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters Monitoring of project cash flows and foreign currency position Serves as an adviser for both a company’s financial department and business leadership

Job Requirements

As a Accounting / Finance Controller you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand Experience with Global, Shared Service, Divisional and/or Corporate experience preferred Strong presentation skills, including ability to anticipate questions and perspectives Experience with multi-company and multi-location environment Must have experience with general ledger accounting Knowledge of financial analysis and research procedure Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 4+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
