Job Description

To ensure paychecks are complete in a timely manner in accordance with Omni Hotels Standards and in compliance with all State and Federal Wage and Hourly Regulations

Responsibilities Daily cash over short reconciliation, reporting, and follow upAssist with month end closingPerform daily cash depositsResponsible for monitoring Kronos and Ultipro payroll updatesCommunicate with department heads on any payroll related itemsPerform any other payroll-related functions directed by managementBe available to assist the corporate audit team and provide any/all requested payroll-related informationResearch discrepancies with the payrollMaintaining daily and weekly responsibilities in Evention including balancing service charges and cash Completing all payroll duties in a timely mannerMaking sure all payroll reports are printed daily/weeklyBeing a team player and assist other areas when needed Qualifications Prior payroll related experienceAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionGood analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentialityMaintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performanceExcellent customer service skills
