This person will assist the Finance team with a wide range of projects related to financial processes and systems. The successful candidate will work out of the Morristown, NJ, office.
Main Responsibilities Carries out daily cash balancing operations and cash flow forecasts Manages risks and security ensures the security of all means of payment, identifies risks, assesses possible impacts, defines monitoring indicators, declares frauds, etc. Analyzes data collects and analyses financial information on for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track progress against Financial goals. Internal control: review and ensure all internal policies are in place Manages financial flows and/or cash flow forecasts: Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for ac on and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls Monitors the supplier payment agenda and ensures compliance with cash flow procedures Ensures reporting analyzes the differences, compares the accounting position on and the bank position, etc. Payment Services: execute electronic funds transfers, ACH Positive Pay decisions & International payments. Administration: serve as administrator on company banking and treasury portals. Execute bank account documenta on (i.e. Corporate Resolutions, Authorized Corporate Signers & Check Signers). Ad hoc: Ad hoc projects, analysis and research as required.
