Accounting Intern - Summer 2025
About The RoleAs an Accounting Intern, you'll have hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. This role offers a comprehensive introduction to our diverse business operations.

**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

What You Get To Do Every Day

Key member of the accounting team responsible for executing the close process, including ownership of specific balance sheet accounts, preparation of journal entries, completion of account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies

Review general ledger coding to ensure expenses are accurately recorded by account and department in the correct accounting period

Review financial statements and performing fluctuation analyses of the balance sheet and income statement

Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, engineering, marketing, legal, facilities, and retail

Ad hoc projects such as pulling invoices for audit purposes

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance graduating after December 2025

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)

Attention to detail and strong communication, time management and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The expected hourly rate for this role is 30.00-35.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
