This is a full time internship position, with hours available Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm. The Accounting Intern will work between 35-40 hours per week.
This position pays $19.00 / hour with opportunities for full time positions after graduation!
This position is located at our Group Headquarters - 4100 W. Galveston St, Suite 1, Chandler AZ 85226
Responsibilities
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing financial statement & analysisWork closely with rental branches and other departmentsAssist accounting managers with reports, etc.Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cashAssist in accounting schedules & filingPerform miscellaneous administrative duties as neededEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program in Accounting (preferred) or FinanceMust have a graduation date of December2025 or Spring 2026Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 yearsMust not have any drug or alcohol related driving convictions (DUI/OWI) on your driving record in the past 3 years.Must be able to commit to a Summer Internship that would begin May 21, 2025 and be completed on August 15, 2025Must have a permanent address within commuting distance of our office in Chandler, AZ
