Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire an Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting in Framingham, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: This client is a retail company that is currently growing. They have internal growth, a fantastic culture, and offer excellent benefits. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remote. Duties: * Prepare and review financial statements supporting schedules/disclosures - Forms 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc. conform with US GAAP * Coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process * Build relationships with external auditors during financial audits * Prepare audit schedules and documentation * Monitor changes in accounting regulations * Monitor internal controls * Manage and mentor accounting staff, provide training and professional development * Prepare reports for management * Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
