We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day processing of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure financial records are accurate and adhere to relevant standards and regulations. **Minimum Qualifications** + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. + Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. + At least 3 years proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. + Effective communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to adapt to evolving accounting standards and technologies **Responsibilities** + Process day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries and reconciling accounts. + Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records. + Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. + Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. + Maintain and reconcile the general ledger. + Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances. + Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. + Provide insights and recommendations for better financial management. **Compensation, Benefits and Perks** Talented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
