Accounting Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$32.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Oversee project construction accounting department.Review, analyze, and present to the management team the month end, quarter-end, and annual financial statements.Conduct monthly financial project review meetingsOversee and review yearly audit and preparation of tax returns by external CPA.Analyze and manage process for work in progress (WIP) reporting and closing process.Responsible for oversight of the full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable process.Complete billing with management team

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

Human resource experience with benefits and new hiresMust be an expert in Quickbooks and accounting principlesMust be proficient in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports3-5 years construction experience requiredFamiliarity with Work in Progress accountingBachelor's Degree in Accounting requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
