**Job Title:** Accounting Manager
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Pay Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 We are actively hiring an Account Manager that will report to the Director of Accounting Supervises. This person will develop and execute administrative and managerial duties such as performance reporting, and provide leadership and counsel to professionally develop, manage and mentor direct report: Senior Accountant.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Private foundation accounting and tax requirements (Required Minimum Distributions – RMD)
+ Accounting for individuals and entitles using QuickBooks
+ Preparation of monthly financial statements of approximately 12 entitles
+ Assists in the preparation of schedules for the annual audit of 2 entitles
+ Work with tax laws/reporting of foreign tax investments:
+ PFIC’s
+ K2 K3’s
+ Foreign Tax Credits
**Requirements**
+ 6+ years of experience in public accounting
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting required
+ CPA Required
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, QuickBooks
+ Ability and willingness to work on site
