Main Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage all financial operations, including general ledger analysis and bank reconciliations + Regularly prepare, interpret, and present financial statements and reports such as annual reports and quarterly sales and tax returns + Manage inventory, tracking material costs, production costs, and overall inventory levels using ERP System + Monitor financial parameters such as costing strategies, inventory valuation, and order tracking to ensure profitable business operations + Supervise and support staff members responsible for day-to-day transactions including bill payments, recording sales, and cash receipts + Administer and oversee annual audits on 401k as part of the company's 401k Administration + Prepare and submit Federal tax returns on a quarterly basis + Lead and execute special projects related to process improvements Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Hands-on accounting experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller, within a manufacturing environment + Relatable experience managing financial statements, general ledger, inventory and reconciliations. + Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
