Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The Controller will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional growth and accountability.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership to support decision-making.Evaluate and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred).Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
