Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting (audit side, not tax) to join there team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical accounting skills, a deep understanding of GAAP, and proven project management capabilities. The Technical Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, manage ERP and consolidation solutions, and serve as the Finance Department's liaison to IT staff and external vendor resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the company's financial reporting package, including detailed disclosures.

- Compile and manage consolidated financial statements for the organization.

General Ledger Oversight:

- Maintain the company's general ledgers and ensure accuracy across departmental, divisional, and consolidated financial records.

- Oversee accounts payable and support banking and cashiering activities as needed.

Policy Development:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support and enhance the organization's accounting practices.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in audit.

- Strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in US GAAP.
