Description Our team is partnering with a leading non-profit organization in the Spartanburg area to find a passionate and detail-oriented Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance 🔹 Supervise payroll processing and ensure accurate administration of 401(k) benefits 🔹 Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with non-profit standards 🔹 Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes 🔹 Collaborate with leadership on grant management, funding strategies, and financial planning 🔹 Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork 🔹 Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant non-profit regulations Requirements Requirements: 💼 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 💼 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role 💼 Experience in payroll and benefit administration, especially 401(k) management 💼 Strong understanding of non-profit financial management and reporting 💼 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills 💼 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
