Description Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager or experienced Senior Accountant with supervisory experience, to join their team! This role primarily involves managing the accounting functions of the organization for multiple business entities under one umbrella! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various tasks including reconciliation processes, closing activities, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Overseeing reconciliation processes to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for accurately. • Managing closing activities, including the preparation of financial statements. • Conducting cash flow analysis to monitor and forecast the financial status of the organization. • Overseeing inter-company transfer activities to ensure all transactions are properly recorded. • Managing inventory accounting to ensure accurate reflection of assets. • Leading the team in meeting workflow and production deadlines. • Utilizing Sage MAS 90 and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. • Coordinating with the Controller to provide primary support in managing financial activities. • Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including auditing and billing. • Ensuring accurate ledger maintenance and timely financial reporting.Our Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager for 5 years or more • Proficiency in Accounting Functions • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Auditing • Knowledge of Billing Functions • Ability to perform Financial Reporting • Familiarity with Sage MAS 90 • Experience with Electronic Document Management • Knowledge of Inventory Accounting • Skills in Cash Flow Analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
