Responsibilities:Oversees accuracy of processes performed by Administrators & provides feedback on performance.Evaluates operational performance of assigned section and ensures accuracy and timeliness.Reviews work methods and intra-departmental procedures to ensure effective workflow.Implements changes in operational procedures to improve efficiency/effectiveness.Qualifications:Prior supervisory experience required.Bachelor's degree or related work experience required.Ability to adapt frequently to change, delays or unexpected events in the workplace.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.PC skills including knowledge of MS Office.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
