Benefits & Perks:Compensation: 90K to 100KPlease note, that this is a fully on-site role at the Client’s North York office.This is a permanent opportunity with 3 Weeks’ Vacation + Health & Dental Benefits + On-site Parking
Responsibilities:Manage bookkeeping, A/P & A/R, reconciliations, and month/year-end closings.Prepare financial statements, monitor cashflows, and handle tax filings/compliance.Organize documents for audits, tax returns, and storage (physical/digital).Analyze and improve accounting/finance procedures; recommend ERP solutions.Ensure accurate revenue/expense allocation and operational efficiency.Allocate rental income, manage property costs, and prepare operating statements.Oversee loan reviews, mortgage renewals, and government reporting.Record acquisitions, dispositions, and project costs accurately.
Qualifications:Must have a Degree or Diploma in Accounting.Must have over 8 years of experience in accounting with at least 4 years as a Senior Accountant wanting to progress into an Accounting Manager role.Enrolled in CPA Designation is an Asset.Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Formulas).Must be motivated and independent and wanting to take ownership and grow.
