As our Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the financial operations of MMT, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our company goals. What You’ll Do: Lead daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and annual financial reports to leadership. Develop and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets and maintain regulatory compliance. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across departments. Monitor key financial metrics, identify variances, and propose strategic improvements. Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely filing and reporting. Support and lead internal and external audit processes. Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented team. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required). CPA designation (preferred). Experience: 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Skills: Expertise in accounting software and advanced Excel proficiency. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
