Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Carrollton, Texas. This role will be fundamental in managing the accounting and financial activities for our US subsidiaries. The Accounting Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance related activities, and contributing to the financial integration of our businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily financial data
• Oversee operational, transactional, and other accounting functions to ensure they are performed accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed, with any discrepancies investigated and resolved
• Conduct financial and comparative analysis to provide insights and support the performance of the business
• Oversee compliance related activities for the US entities, including tax, risk, and supporting the Group audit
• Contribute to the financial integration of our US businesses by ensuring consistent application of policies, systems, and processes across the region and within the wider group
• Supervise a team of a Senior Accountant and five Billing Specialists
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in managing all billing functions
• Experienced in using Deltek and Deltek Vision software
• Should be CPA eligible or hold a relevant certification
• Capable of handling month-end close activities
• Experience with Gusto software is preferred
• Skilled in overseeing and managing payroll processes
• Proficient in performing monthly bank reconciliation
• Experienced in conducting bank reconciliations regularly
