Description A Newark, NJ based property management client is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their group on a contract basis. The Accounting Manager will support a variety of activities including typical general ledger accounting, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets/forecasts, and assisting with preparing monthly financial packages (including financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis). Additional experience the Accounting Manager should have include a strong foundation in reconciling accounts, managing accounts receivable and payable, and filing tax documents. The ideal Accounting Manager will have strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, and will be proficient with the SAP platform and Yardi.
