Description We are in the search for a skilled Accounting Manager located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Accounting Manager, you will be entrusted with the task of overseeing and analyzing accounting data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of all accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the month-end closing and management reports. • Conduct regular analysis of revenue and expenditure variances. • Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries made by staff. • Take charge of bank reconciliations and fixed asset activity. • Handle treasury and budgeting tasks for the organization. • Prepare and analyze quarterly sales tax filings. • Monitor and ensure the achievement of financial accounting objectives. • Address and provide solutions for any accounting-related issues. • Process, maintain, and monitor customer credit applications and records. • Forecast cash flow and manage accounting operations. Requirements • Proficiency in the entire accounting cycle is a must. • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting is required. • Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions is essential. • Ability to manage and oversee accounting operations effectively. • Proficient in cash forecasting techniques and strategies.
