Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager / Consultant within the Non-Profit industry. The Consultant will be responsible for supporting month end close, balance sheet reconciliation and managing fixed assets. Additionally, the consultant must help with the year end audit. This role will be located onsite in San Bernardino, CA. Technical Skills - Assist with month end close and fiscal year in audit - Reconcile Balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accruals, and investment) - Review and create desktop procedures - Strong Excel skills required Soft Skills - Attention to detail - Able to communicate at various levels within the organization - Must be able to work independently Requirements • Proficiency in Non-profit Accounting is required • Familiarity with Foundation Grants and Government Grants • Ability to conduct Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is a must • Experience with Cash Reconciliations is necessary • Proficiency in Credit Card Reconciliation is expected • Ability to handle Expense Reconciliation is required • Demonstrable experience with Month-end Close Activities is crucial • Proficiency in producing Month-end Financial reports is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
