POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Accounting Manager will direct the overall financial activities of the hotel, safeguard the assets and prepare all financial reports in accordance with accounting principles and Crescent Hotels and Resorts Standards.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Manage the daily operation of the department. Assist In accounts payable duties Work with Departments to control operations and ensure accuracy of information for finance invoices, budgets, point of sale activity, inventories etc. Develop establish and administer procedures, control and systems pertaining to financial matters. Process daily income audit with balancing of credit cards and chargebacks. Monitor collection efforts and participates in credit meetings. Ensures compliance with internal controls. Oversees and monitors all audits. Assist in special projects as necessary. Perform other position related duties as required.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
3 years of experience in a similar position., hotel finance a plus. Excellent Microsoft office skills. Effective Communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented.
