Description We are looking for a diligent Accounting Manager for an immediate opportunity in Greham, Oregon. You will be managing a variety of accounting functions, including processing financial data, auditing, and maintaining billing functions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations • Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity and accuracy of financial data • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data processing and report generation • Maintain proficiency in financial services tools such as ADP • Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing functions • Utilize Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis • Manage and resolve any financial queries or issues presented by stakeholders • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes Requirements • Prior experience in Auditing is required • Familiarity with Billing Functions • Knowledge of Sage Intacct is an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
