Description We are providing an opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Costa Mesa, California, United States. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for numerous accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and managing bank reconciliations. You will also be expected to handle general ledger tasks, journal entries, and utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to maintain financial integrity • Handle bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for • Oversee general ledger tasks to maintain accurate financial records • Prepare and post journal entries to keep track of all business transactions • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting • Implement and manage financial software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP • Oversee the month end close process to ensure timely financial reporting. Requirements • Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Accounting field. • Possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records. • Have experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation, maintaining the integrity of financial data. • Display skills in executing Bank Reconciliations, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of General Ledger management, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. • Exhibit the ability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting. • Be adept at using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • Have experience with Month End Close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Show proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks and financial management. • Have hands-on experience with Oracle, utilizing it for various accounting functions. • Possess experience with SAP, applying it in financial operations and reporting.
