Description Fast growing, South Jersey distributor seeks an Accounting Manager with strong general ledger and cost analysis experience. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, managing accounts payable/receivable transactions, entering general ledger activities, preparing financial reports, reviewing cost analysis, analyzing variances, assisting with tax reconciliations, and overseeing the month end close process. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multi-task while meeting crucial deadlines. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for business decisions.
