Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager in Largo, FL. Responsibilities: * Actively manage and reconcile cash accounts daily, provide cash forecasting based on projections and administer positive pay * Accounting Manager will oversee and process Accounts Receivables and works with Commercial team to resolve any delinquent or past due accounts * Oversees and manages customer product returns * Process new customer credit references and provide recommendations on new customer terms * Manage Fixed Assets and Lease accounts and schedules in compliance with IFRS16 * Manage Intercompany balances and other assigned accounts * Manage and process accruals and amortizations based on support ledgers * Responsible for payroll accounting and associated accruals and adjustments * Provides recommendations for insurance renewals and reconcile payroll deductions * Participates in and leads, when necessary, audits such as WC, 401K, and the annual financial audits * As an Accounting Manager, you will assist with annual tax filings * Builds monthly reporting package * Assists with annual budget as needed * Maintains financial security by establishing and adhering to robust internal controls * Maintains accounting controls by establishing and defining accounting policies and procedures as necessary * Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
