We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Accounting Manager** for our manufacturing and supply chain sites in EMEA. This role is crucial in leading the accounting processes for our operations business for multiple EMEA entities ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the financial reporting. **What To Expect** + **Leadership & Development:** Drive personal growth and development of one direct report, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. + **Inventory Accounting:** Manage all inventory accounting across our EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. + **Financial Reconciliation:** Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations in compliance with SOX requirements. Lead and complete all inventory SOX reporting, ensuring zero control deficiencies. + **Month-End Close:** Own the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and take a hands-on approach during close periods. + **Audit Compliance:** Serve as the key contact for financial audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. + **Collaboration:** Partner with the wider operations finance team and commercial FP&A to understand key cost drivers impacting gross margin. + **Process Improvement:** Lead continuous improvements in financial accounting processes. **What We Expect:** + **Qualifications:** Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA. + **Attention to Detail:** Demonstrated ability to work through large volumes of data to ensure accurate financial reporting. + **Organization:** Highly organized, diligent, and structured, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. + **Leadership:** Ability to provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential. Accounting supervisory experience is highly desirable. + **Problem Solving:** Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing month-end related challenges and proactively resolving issues. + **Technical Skills:** Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
