Description Bridget Killen at Robert Half is in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in the Eugene, OR area. The selected candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing accounting and administrative functions within the team. This role is a key part of the client's team that ensures the smooth running of accounting operations. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise accounting and administrative staff • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage accounting functions • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently • Oversee the auditing process to ensure accuracy and compliance • Manage billing functions and ensure timely and accurate invoicing • Utilize Sage Accounting Software for various accounting tasks • Oversee and manage accounting functions to ensure smooth operations • Use management experience to guide and mentor the accounting team. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory Concur knowledge will be an asset 3-5 years in supervisory management Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required The ability to manage various Accounting Functions is essential Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed Auditing skills are necessary Experience in Billing Functions is required Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is preferred.
