The primary functions of this role involve overseeing financial projects, implementing technology, and managing internal and external resources. Responsibilities: • Oversee the coordination and management of financial and operational projects • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth operations • Manage both internal and external resources effectively • Conduct risk management planning and analysis for ongoing projects • Regularly communicate with stakeholders about project status and changes • Prepare and present project updates to various stakeholders within the organization • Use formal project management techniques to oversee accounting functions • Implement and review ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other accounting software systems • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and auditing processes • Manage billing functions and ensure adherence to project management process improvement plans • Oversee the implementation of technology within the department, including the creation of implementation roadmaps.
