Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role is essential in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing valuable financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making. The individual will also play a significant role in the long-term financial planning and initiatives of the organization, including future M& A integrations, budgeting, and assisting with system implementations. Responsibilities • Oversee the company's financial operations to ensure adherence to accounting principles and practices • Maintain accurate financial records and manage cash flow • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making • Assist in long-term financial planning and initiatives, including future M& A integrations and budgeting • Contribute to system implementations and integrations • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM in managing and analyzing financial data • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close procedures • Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review.
