Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Description Are you a skilled finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for our client in West Palm Beach. As our Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the financial operations of a growing organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This is a part-time position (25 hours per week), perfect for someone who values work-life balance while contributing their expertise to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities + Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. + Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing. + Monitor cash flow and financial health. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. + Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership. + Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals. What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting. + Proficiency in accounting ERP (ex. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Please call Julie Kirvin @ 561-232-2142 or connect with me on Linked In Requirements Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor for a minimum of 5 years. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. • Demonstrable experience in preparing Annual Financial Reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. • Familiarity with accounting software and systems. • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
