Description We are seeking a talented Accounting Manager/Supervisor in our manufacturing and distribution operations located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, interpreting financial data, and facilitating annual audits. The role also involves ensuring strict compliance with federal and state laws in all financial operations and improving the quality and accuracy of accounting services. Responsibilities: • Oversee the company's general accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, and the general ledger • Enhance the quality and accuracy of accounting services by simplifying and improving existing accounting functions • Interpret accounting data and create detailed financial reports to share with management and executive teams • Collaborate with management and executive teams to develop fiscal strategies based on financial insights • Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state legislation • Manage the company's Odoo accounting software and systems for improved financial operations • Facilitate and complete annual audits in an efficient and effective manner • Construct and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets • Manage the billing function ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
