Description We are in need of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Accounting Manager/Supervisor will be tasked with the maintenance of customer accounts, handling customer inquiries, and processing customer credit applications. Responsibilities • Oversee the precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Ensure customer credit records are kept up-to-date and accurate • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries, promoting high standards of customer service • Monitor customer accounts closely, taking necessary actions as required • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of accounts • Work with BlackLine and Concur for streamlined financial operations • Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for enhanced business processes • Manage Accounting Functions, ensuring all financial operations are carried out effectively • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations • Carry out Auditing to ensure compliance with financial standards • Manage Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · 5+ years’ of progressive experience in general ledger accounting · Management/ supervision experience · Multi-entity experience · Strong GAAP knowledge and understanding · Systems and technology proficiency (ERP accounting systems & Excel) · Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills F& B/ Restaurant industry (or any prior experience with COGS/ cost of sales) preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
