Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in the service industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be primarily engaged in overseeing the accounting functions, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role will also involve a hands-on approach to the accounting process. Responsibilities: • Oversee and streamline billing and financial processes • Manage relationships with external vendors • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable • Lead a team to perform various accounting functions • Maintain and utilize accounting software systems for efficient operations • Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy of financial records • Code and enter vendor invoices in a timely manner • Process approved invoices for payment • Handle multiple vendors and manage their accounts • Utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software in the execution of tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Demonstrated ability to handle Accounting Functions with efficiency. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory. • Must possess skills in Auditing to ensure financial accuracy. • Familiarity with Billing Functions for smooth financial operations. • Ability to handle Approved Invoices in a timely manner. • Experience with Code Invoices to ensure accurate financial records. • Proficient in Coding Invoices for maintaining financial transparency. • Appropriate experience in Enter Vendor Invoices for effective vendor management. • Ability to work with External Vendors in a detail oriented manner. • Must have experience in Manage Vendor Relationships to ensure smooth business operations. • Ability to handle Multiple Vendors simultaneously. • Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a must.
