Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Description Robert Half is searching for a Finance/Accounting Manager for an amazing organization in Keene, New Hampshire. Candidate must be local and able to commute as required. Team handles true day to day accounting tasks + Staff meetings - provide overview of sales and expenses. + Supervise 2 employees. + Work with team on budgets and forecasting + Audits - work with auditors, and help with their requests. + Basic inventory reporting and performance. More reviewing reporting and looking for outliers. + fixed asset basics – track reporting but auditor will handle a majority of this and auditor will handle the deprecation schedule, and prepare estimated tax payments. + GAAP knowledge is a plus Anyone interested in this immediate opportunity should email their resume in today for consideration as this role will move fast!! Requirements • Previous experience: 3-5 years • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Proven skills in financial reporting, taxation, and audit • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis.
