Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all accounting functions. • Maintain and update accounting software systems. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. • Conduct routine auditing to ensure financial compliance. • Manage billing functions effectively and efficiently. • Utilize NetSuite and Concur for various accounting tasks. • Take charge of budgeting and forecasting to align with financial goals. • Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimized business processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Familiarity and experience with Concur is required. • Understanding and application of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed. • Demonstrated knowledge in general Accounting Functions is necessary. • Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential. • Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected. • Previous involvement in Auditing is a significant advantage. • Experience with Billing Functions is important. • Familiarity with NetSuite is a desired skill.
